Our chef has made this magnificent selection of oils for gourmet dishes. Early Harvest PREMIUM EVOO is recommended for salads, cheeses, toasts, smoked fish. On the other hand, the flavoured oils are true allies when it comes to cooking, from a simple salad with flavoured orange to a sirloin steak flavoured with truffle, and of course the flavoured chili pepper, which gives a slightly spicy touch to our broths, soups, stews and stews.
