The best quinces are carefully selected, peeled and separated from their core, and the pulp is sieved very finely to obtain the best of the fruit. The sieved pulp is then boiled to sterilize it, evaporate the water and obtain a perfect, homogeneous fusion between fruit and sugar.
When you taste it, you get the feeling of eating a piece of fruit, with a soft texture and exquisite flavour.
All the properties of the quince fruit are present in Quince Meat with Caramelized Walnuts EXTRA Quality. It provides fibre (pectin and mucilage) and tannins, favours the elimination of uric acid, helps control blood pressure. Rich in calcium and vitamins A, C, B1, B2 and B3 and also contains potassium, phosphorus, iron and sodium.
