Ingredientes:
500 g finely chopped beef sirloin steak.
50 g finely chopped bacon.
1 large onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 finely chopped garlic clove.
Salt, ground black pepper, ground cumin, to taste.
1 egg
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
1 large goat’s cheese curl.
2 tablespoons GUAiNOS Spicy Bloody Mary Jam.
Hamburger bun.
¼ cup GUAiNOS Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Preparación:
- Cut the onion into rings and separate them.
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion rings, sauté until golden brown, remove from the heat and set aside.
- Place the finely chopped beef and bacon in a bowl.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and the egg (white and yolk).
- Mix with a spoon until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Heat the griddle or grill.
- Place a drizzle of oil on your hands and shape the burgers. We recommend at least 1 and ½ centimetres thick, as the meat shrinks a little when grilled.
- Pour a drizzle of GUAiNOS Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and place the burgers on the pan. Turn them over.
- Place the burger bun on the griddle to toast it lightly.
- Place the goat cheese curl on the griddle for a few seconds, turn it over and place it directly on top of the toasted bread.
Emplatado
- On a flat plate, wooden board or slate, place the bread with the semi-melted cheese.
- Place the meat on top and crown with the sautéed onion.
- With a spoon or pastry bottle, let the GUAiNOS Spicy Bloody Mary Jam drizzle over the onion so that it drips over the meat and the goat cheese.
- Serve this gourmet burger with some thickly cut baked potatoes in their skins.
