Ingredientes:
150 g smoked salmon, sliced.
250 g fresh white cheese, sliced.
4 slices of rye bread with seeds.
1 tablespoon GUAiNOS Orange flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
1 tablespoon finely chopped Fresh Dill.
1 tablespoon finely chopped Shallot.
1 teaspoon unsalted butter.
Chef’s pepper to taste.
1 tablespoon of GUAiNOS Cava Jam.
Preparación:
- In a small bowl, mix the Orange flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil, shallot, dill and chef’s pepper. Set aside.
- Spread the salmon with the mixture that has been prepared. Set aside.
- Heat a small frying pan, add the butter, and then grill the cheese on both sides. Set aside.
- Toast the bread, and when it is ready, begin to assemble the sandwich.
- Place the toasted slice of bread on top of the grilled cheese.
- Place the salmon on top of the cheese.
- With a pastry bottle or a spoon, drop the Cava Jam over the salmon, in the form of threads.
- Place the toasted bread on top and press down a little to seal the filling.
Emplatado
- Set out plates or wooden boards for each diner.
- Cut the sandwich diagonally so that there are two halves.
- With the help of a spatula, place the first half on the plate.
- Then place the second part of the sandwich on the plate, making sure that the tip is mounted on top of the first part.
- This sandwich is delicious; it does not need any accompaniment. However, if you feel like it, you can add a garnish of avocado and cucumber on the plate, with a pinch of salt.
