Delicate is the word that defines this Cava Jam. Perfect for pairing especially with seafood, white fish, blue fish, poultry, cheeses and pâtés.
GUAiNOS Cava Jam is made from semi-dry cava. A cava with a fresh, delicate aroma, a true reflection of traditional cava. It has a pale yellow color, delicate, fruity aromas, pleasant, balanced.
For this reason it is the main ingredient of our jam, we also add sugar and to thicken it we add pectin, a natural fiber found in the cell walls of plants, especially concentrated in the skin of fruits, which provides a smooth and thick texture. An ideal jam to accompany prepared dishes or cooking.
